By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Competition Entry
1.1. To enter, participants must complete the form above using a valid email address.
1.2. Each participant is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses may result in disqualification.
1.3. The competition will only be drawn once a minimum of 50 valid entries have been received.
1.4. The competition is open to residents and visitors of the Algarve, Portugal, who are 18 years or older.
1.5. Entries close once the required minimum number of participants (50) has been reached, after which the draw will take place.
2. Winner Selection & Notification
2.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
2.2. The winner will be notified via the email provided during entry. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
2.3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
3. Prize Details & Usage
3.1. The prize consists of a free hire of silent disco equipment, including:
• 10 wireless headsets
• 2 transmitters
3.2. The winner may choose to upgrade their hire at their own expense:
• Additional headsets at €5 per headset (up to a maximum total of 45 headsets)
• An additional transmitter at €20 (maximum of 3 transmitters total)
3.3. Playlists and music are not included – the winner must provide their own music source.
3.4. The free hire must be used before the end of the year (December 31st) 2025.
3.5. Hire dates are subject to availability, and the winner must book in advance to secure their preferred date.
3.6. The prize is only valid for use within the area of the Algarve, Portugal.
4. Delivery & Equipment Responsibility
4.1. A delivery charge applies, and costs will be provided upon request.
4.2. The winner is responsible for ensuring the safe and proper use of the equipment during the hire period.
4.3. Any damage or loss of equipment during the hire period may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the winner.
4.4. The winner must return the equipment in the same condition as received, following the instructions provided.
5. General Terms
5.1. The competition organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.
5.2. The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, incomplete entries, or lost email notifications.
5.3. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails, promotions, and future competition notifications from the organizer.
5.4. Participants can unsubscribe at any time, but doing so before the competition ends will void their entry.
5.5. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or any other third party.
5.6 No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter the competition and will not improve your chances of winning.
